                       Hearty and Healthy Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

-1 medium to large Rump roast

-1 large jar of salsa of your choice

-salt

-taco shells

Added toppings (according to food sensitivities/allergies)

-lettuce

-sour cream

-avocado

-cheese

-onion

-mango salsa (or any additional salsa of your choice)

Directions:

-Crockpot the roast plus the large jar of salsa and 1-2 tablespoons of salt 6-8 hours on high until roast is pull apart tender.

-Shred and serve in taco shells

-Add toppings according to child’s food allergies
